Healthy Lifestyle Classes

Cancer Support yoga 2730We offer sixteen weekly classes that help people regain strength and movement, be more active, manage stress more effectively, and help in preventing recurrence. Held in the morning, afternoon, and evening to be as accessible as possible, classes are gentle enough for those undergoing treatment and geared for adults of all ages and physical abilities.

Classes include Pilates, Yoga, Tai Chi, and Jin Shin Jyutsu Self-Help.
