Healthy Lifestyle Classes

We offer 22 weekly classes that help people regain strength and movement, be more active, manage stress more effectively, and help in preventing recurrence. Held in the morning, afternoon, and evening to be as accessible as possible, classes are gentle enough for those undergoing treatment and geared for adults of all ages and physical abilities.

Classes include Pilates, Yoga, Tai Chi, and Jin Shin Jyutsu Self-Help, and more.

Contemplative Practices

Meditation practice aids in achieving emotional balance, managing pain, and using the wisdom of the body and mind. It is a powerful way to manage stress, be present in the moment, and enhance quality of life.
