We are pleased to welcome Eric Eisenberg to our Board of Directors! Eric comes to Cancer Support Community with a notable resume and eagerness to be a part of making people’s lives better.
Eric recently retired from Bank of the West where he served as Executive Vice President and Director of Human Resources. During his 40-year career in finance and operations, he also worked for Bank of America and FleetBoston.
After he retired from banking, Eric fulfilled his long-time goal of owning and operating a small business and purchased BrightStar Care of Dublin, a home healthcare business in Alameda County.
In addition to his longevity in the business world, Eric has served on several boards, including the YMCA of the East Bay, Senior Support Program – Tri Valley, and is a Commissioner on the Alameda County Advisory Commission on Aging.
Eric and his wife Karen reside in Walnut Creek. They raised two daughters while moving between California and Boston, and now enjoy spending time with their grandson.
