Cancer Transitions for Caregivers is a 4-week virtual program that addresses many of the physical, social, and practical issues that you encounter as you, and the person you care for, move into a new stage of cancer survivorship. The program is designed to help you improve your quality of life by focusing on lifestyle skills and habits related to medical and preventive care like eating and nutrition, emotional well-being, financial wellness, and relationships.
If your loved one has completed treatment within the last 2 years, you’re eligible. This is a pilot program and you will be asked to complete evaluations that will give us valuable information as we prepare to launch this program nationally. At the end of the series, you will receive a gift card for your participation. You can register via our online calendar or by calling 925.933.0107.
