
Cancer Support Community San Francisco Bay Area (CSC SF Bay Area) is pleased to introduce the newly elected President of our Board of Directors, Patricia Falconer, MBA. Patricia previously served as the Vice President of CSC SF Bay Area’s Board of Directors.
Patricia brings immense passion and expertise to CSC SF Bay Area. As the President of Health Options LLC, Patricia facilitates hospital collaborations that increase access to cancer care and reduce health disparities. As a cancer survivor and caregiver with over 30 years of experience in healthcare management and consulting, Patricia has a passion for improving the quality of life for cancer survivors, their families, and caregivers.
Patricia was the former Executive Director of Cancer Care Programs, Cancer Network, and Strategic Initiatives at Stanford Health Care, where she led the transformation and expansion of Stanford Medicine cancer services from a single-site academic medical center to an integrated network. She launched comprehensive cancer support services, co-authored several publications, and received two prestigious awards for service excellence.
Patricia has a BA Physiology, Honors from U.C Berkeley and an MBA, Finance Honors from Santa Clara University. She enjoys playing tennis, traveling, and running after her young grandson and granddaughter.

It is with deepest gratitude and appreciation to outgoing Board Chair Donald Duggan, who has provided remarkable leadership and unwavering commitment to CSC SF Bay Area. We will continue to have his support in his new role as President Emeritus. We are prepared for an exciting year! We are so grateful for the wealth of experience and wisdom provided by not only our board leadership which also includes Matt Petroski, Treasurer and Aeysha Corio, Secretary but all our board of directors.
